Founding Artisan Program Terms

1.Initial 12-Month Commitment

Participation in the Founding Artisan Program requires an initial 12-month commitment.

Members may choose one of the following billing options:

• •Monthly Payment Option: $69 per month for 12 consecutive monthly payments.
• •Annual Payment Option: $690 paid for the full 12-month membership term.

The $69 monthly option is a 12-month membership paid in monthly installments. It is not a month-to-month cancel-anytime membership during the initial commitment period.

2.Founding Artisan Benefits

Founding Artisan membership may include services and benefits such as:

• •Enhanced NMAC artisan profile
• •Branding guidance and support
• •Website guidance, development, or support when included in the member's onboarding plan
• •Marketing education and resources
• •Social media and business visibility support
• •Email marketing guidance
• •Business card or printed marketing guidance
• •Market and event marketing support
• •Ongoing NMAC member resources
• •Other branding or marketing support identified during onboarding

Specific work and priorities may vary based on the artisan's business needs and onboarding plan.

3.Onboarding Process

The Founding Artisan Program is a hands-on program.

Before activation, NMAC may conduct an onboarding or intake conversation to review the artisan's business, goals, existing branding, website, directory profile, marketing needs, and priorities.

Members are responsible for providing requested information, images, business details, account access, approvals, or other materials reasonably needed to complete agreed-upon work.

4.Monthly Billing

Members who select the monthly billing option will be charged $69 per month for 12 consecutive months.

A valid payment method must remain on file during the initial 12-month commitment.

Monthly payments are installments toward the full 12-month Founding Artisan commitment.

5.Annual Billing

Members who select annual billing will be charged $690 for 12 months of Founding Artisan membership.

The annual payment covers the full initial 12-month membership term.

6.Cancellation During the Initial Term

Founding Artisan membership includes an initial 12-month commitment.

A request to cancel during the initial term may prevent future renewal after the commitment period, but it does not automatically eliminate remaining payments due under the initial 12-month commitment.

Exceptions may be approved by New Mexico Artisan Collective on a case-by-case basis.

7.After the Initial 12 Months

After the initial 12-month commitment has been completed:

• •Monthly members may continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
• •Annual members may renew for another annual membership period.

NMAC will communicate material changes to pricing or membership terms before they take effect.

8.Payments and Refunds

Payments already processed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by New Mexico Artisan Collective.

Annual membership payments cover the full 12-month membership term.

Monthly payments are installments toward the initial 12-month commitment.

9.Founding Member Pricing

The Founding Artisan rate is:

• •$69 per month
• •or
• •$690 annually
• •based on the billing option selected.

Founding pricing is available while the membership remains continuously active, subject to any future terms or program changes communicated by New Mexico Artisan Collective.

10.Member Responsibilities

Founding Artisans are responsible for:

• •Providing accurate business and contact information
• •Providing usable images, logos, copy, and other materials when requested
• •Reviewing and approving work in a reasonable timeframe
• •Maintaining access to any accounts or services needed for agreed-upon work
• •Maintaining a valid payment method
• •Complying with NMAC community and directory standards

11.Website and Digital Services

When website creation, hosting, updates, or related digital services are included as part of a member's Founding Artisan support, the exact scope may depend on the artisan's needs and onboarding plan.

NMAC does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, search rankings, social media growth, or business results.

12.Marketing Support

NMAC may provide education, recommendations, content support, promotional opportunities, marketing resources, and other assistance.

Marketing results can vary and are not guaranteed.

13.Content and Business Information

Members are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images, logos, text, product information, trademarks, or other content they provide to NMAC.

NMAC may refuse or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate for the NMAC platform.

14.Program Changes

NMAC may improve, expand, or modify Founding Artisan benefits and services over time.

Material changes affecting an active member's pricing or commitment will be communicated before they take effect.
