Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the New Mexico Artisan Collective, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use this platform. Businesses and organizations must have authority to act on their behalf.

Membership

All memberships are subject to review and approval. Membership does not guarantee permanent publication. Approval is at the discretion of the New Mexico Artisan Collective and may be revoked if these terms or our Community Standards are not met.

Directory Listings

All directory listings are subject to review and approval. Approval does not guarantee permanent publication, and listings may be removed if they no longer meet community standards or contain inaccurate information. You are responsible for keeping your listing information accurate and up to date.

Event Submissions

All event submissions are subject to review and approval. Event submission does not guarantee publication. Approved events may be removed if they no longer meet our standards or if information is found to be inaccurate. See our Event Submission Policy for details.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you submit. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant the New Mexico Artisan Collective a license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating our services. You must have the rights to any images or content you upload.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false or misleading information
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

Community Standards

All members and listings are expected to uphold our Community Standards, which reflect the values of the New Mexico Artisan Collective.

Moderation

We review submissions, listings, and user activity to maintain a trustworthy community. We may edit, decline, or remove content that does not meet our standards.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

The New Mexico Artisan Collective is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the New Mexico Artisan Collective against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

Changes to Services

We may update or modify our services over time. We will communicate significant changes where they affect your membership or listings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
